Congratulations to Roxanne and Max who passed their white sash test with flying colors on Monday, Jan 12th.

Community Martial Arts of Western NY is proud to announce its 11th Annual CMAWNY Challenge Tournament!  The date is Saturday March 7th at the Terry Taylor Elementary School in Spencerport, NY.   Last year for the 1st time in 7 years, United Martial Arts Center did not win the event, they were out pointed by the Charisma Academy of KungFu from Albion.

This is a great event.  There are no attitudes, egos or tournament points.  This old style event has attracted over 100 competitors for the last 3 years.
This is open to any martial style, with competition in Kata, Sparring, Weapons and Self-Defense.  It features many age brackets and belt categories.

Join us at the 09 Saratoga Martial Arts Festival.  Since Sifu Mark isn’t teaching this year, that gives him extra time to cause trouble.  Seriously, it’s one of the best martial arts festivals in the country.  For more info, please visit their website.
