This past Saturday, Sifu Eric Winfree of Syracuse Martial Arts traveled to Rochester for the first in a series of monthly seminars on Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kun Do. It was an excellent time and here are some pictures from the event:

In these monthly seminars, Sifu Eric Winfree explores the movements, techniques, and explosive power of Jeet Kune Do and how it can be applied to ANY system. Topics covered will include movement, centerline theory and intercept theory.
The April seminar is scheduled for the 12th.
