Sifu Ben Bey, of Syracuse’s Ba-Gua Zhang Research & Boxing Association, returns to Renaissance Martial Arts, on Saturday August 11th, to begin a new series of monthly Ba-Gua Seminars.

This new series focuses on the Yin system of Cao Zhong Sheng and its 64 Palms. These 64 are broken down into 8 sets called “ways”.

This first seminar will cover the first 8 Palms of the 1st Way and their marital applications.

No prior experience with Ba-gua is required to participate. All levels are welcome to take part.
