Sifu Ben Bey, of Syracuse’s Ba-Gua Zhang Research & Boxing Association, is back in town on September 8th!
August seminar went great! Bey Sifu introduced the Yin system of Cao Zhong Sheng and its 64 Palms. Starting with the September seminar, he’ll be diving in depth into the first 8 Palms of the 1st Way and their marital applications.
No prior experience with Ba-gua is required to participate. You didn’t have to attend the previous seminar either. All levels are welcome to take part.
