DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Syracuse Martial Arts Academy for Grandmaster Richard Bustillo's FIRST EVER seminar in Western NY. An internationally known and respected martial arts legend\, Grandmaster Bustillo\, one of Bruce Lee’s original students and a Black Belt Hall of Fame Inductee\, teaches Jeet Kune Do\, Filipino martial arts\, Boxing\, Muay Thai\, wrestling\, mixed martial arts and other arts at his Torrance\, California school\, the IMB Academy.\nSaturday\, August 11th\n\n9:00am – 11:30am: Boxing & Muay Thai Covering offense\, defense\, and countering drills.\n1:00pm – 3:30pm: Jeet Kune Do Exploring the stance and balance of Bruce Lee’s method\, and how it helps enhance striking power and speed. The seminar will also include sensitivity drills.\n\nSunday\, August 12th\n\n 9:00am – 11:30am: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Covering a combination of Muay Thai\, boxing\, wrestling\, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques\, skills\, and drills at all combat ranges.\n12:30pm – 3:00pm: Cacoy Doce Pares Eskrima Training drills for Pangamot (empty hand)\, Agaw (disarming)\, and Dumog (grappling) and edge weapon awareness.\n\nA limited number of focus mitts and training sticks are available. Participants are asked to bring their own equipment if possible.
